A Real Forking Change Success Story

Kevin started working with me when he received multiple diagnoses that scared him: Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Fatty Liver. He was also suffering with brain fog and digestive issues. He wanted to lose the visceral fat around his belly and feel better in his body.
Sugar was never Kevin’s thing. But put some pizza, bread or pasta in front of him and he would have a really hard time moderating his intake. He knew he had to reduce these so before we started he had already embarked on cutting back on refined carbohydrates. Hard to do coming from an Italian family! What he didn’t know was that some of his other foods, such as the “healthy” cereal he had for breakfast, was loaded with hidden sugars. Once he learned more about what to avoid and how to eat whole foods, he started to feel better. While others ate pasta around him, he learned to enjoy vegetables, proteins and healthy fats.
He also figured out a system for food prep, pre-packaging salads with chicken for his lunches at his busy and demanding job.
Retesting his numbers shocked his doctor! He couldn’t believe what Kevin had achieved just through changing his food.
And on top of that his work colleagues started to notice his weight loss, his improved mood and ability to handle stress, and they started to look at their eating habits as well! He created a ripple effect just by focusing on his own plate!
