Meet Allison

A Real Forking Change Success Story

Allison struggled for years with binge eating sugary foods. She wanted to learn healthier eating habits and lose weight to feel better about herself. As we worked together, she discovered it was about so much more than her body weight. She practiced stress management tools like journaling and breath work. The results of this and her food changes were better sleep, less brain fog and decreased anxiety. She also had no more stomach bloating.

She also wore a dress to a gala that made her feel beautiful and confident! She said it’s the first time since high school she has felt that way in her body.

“I was ready for this change and I feel so much better. Chloe is wonderful. RFC is an amazing support tool. It was very hard at first but I kept my goals in my mind and wanted to stick to them. It feels amazing to have this peace with food, my mind and my body.”
