Private Health Coaching
12 one-hour private coaching sessions with Chloe
(virtual over Zoom)

you decide on the pace... tiptoe with some small changes or jump in with some bigger ones

we discuss obstacles, potential roadblocks and how to move through them

we aim for progress, not perfection, learning from each part of the journey but always being willing to show up

you decide on the action steps for each week, with your coach adding a layer of accountability for a greater chance of success

we figure out the tools that will work best for you by understanding that the process is an experiment, with you being your own researcher and ultimately knowing yourself best

we don't aim for short-term, quick fixes, but build new habits we can practice daily that eventually become just the way we live our lives
We will work with your individual preferences: gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, pescatarian... it's up to you!

Pricing & Payments
The RFC private coaching program includes 12 sessions, typically meeting weekly, with text and email support in between sessions.
Payment Options
As of today, insurance does not cover health coaching.
I understand that this is an investment so I've come up with the following options to help make this doable.

I offer a sliding scale payment structure so you can decide how much you can afford.
