A Real Forking Change Success Story

Jennifer followed me online and reached out to work with me as her health coach. By the time we started, she had already achieved an initial weight loss of 30 pounds but desperately wanted to break through a plateau. While she understood how to lose weight, that didn’t mean she knew what to eat to really care for her body, mind and spirit. Most of her diet was refined carbohydrates.
Working with me, she has learned a lot about what it means to eat Real Forking Food and how to nurture her body with nutrition that supports her mental health as well as her physical health. She has now released another 25 pounds and is continuing her weight loss journey, believing in her capacity to allow her body to settle where it needs to now that she understands how to feed it. The chatter about losing weight has dissipated and she’s more at peace with her appearance. She feels less inflammation (shock was when she went down a shoe size!), less aches and pains, more mobility, better sleep and a sense of calm and ease even when life gets challenging.
She also made other habit changes, adding a daily meditation practice, time in nature and movement to her routine to help manage stress. She has more patience, focus, stamina and confidence.
