And you are sick of obsessing about the body scale or your appearance.

You experience overwhelming sugar or carbohydrate cravings.
And suffer from out-of-control overeating or binging.

You are pre-diabetic, diabetic or have other markers of metabolic syndrome. And you want to reduce or avoid medications.

​​You want to find ways to manage stress and emotions without reaching for food or drink. Because it just makes you feel worse about yourself anyway!

You want to enjoy moving in your body and reduce pain in your joints.
So you can do the things that bring you joy with the people you love!

You want more energy, better sleep and less brain fog. 
 
You want step-by-step guidance, accountability and support from a loving community. And meet others on this journey who get it!

How it Works

The program is 3 months. Each month you will get:

  • A private coaching session with Coach Chloe

  • Two small group coaching sessions with 6-8 participants

  • Access to a private online group for support in between sessions

All of this for about $7 per day!

Price: $57.50 per session ($575 total)

​Real Forking Change is about living in peace with food and your body so you can show up fully—for your passions, your purpose, and yourself.

Real Forking Change is not a diet. Diets have failed us so it's time to try something new. We don't count calories or restrict. We eat plenty of nutritious whole foods while eliminating problematic foods. We land in our right-sized bodies and stay there. 

The food we DO eat
is nourishing, satisfying
and healing. 

We collaborate on building a food plan and eating schedule based on your preferences and unique health goals.

 

We eliminate the foods that are difficult to moderate, leading to overconsumption and poor health outcomes.

 

We focus on adding an abundance of Real Forking Food and developing our skills in the kitchen.

We practice new stress management tools such as movement, exercise and meditation.

We connect with others on this journey because we are not alone and together we are stronger!

Your Coach Chloe

I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Sugar Detox & Addiction Coach through No Sugar Nation, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I spent years stuck in the cycle of sugar binges, crash diets, and constantly gaining back the weight. I felt discouraged and uncomfortable in my body. But everything changed when I took a different approach—one rooted in sustainable habits and real nourishment. I lost the weight, reclaimed my energy, and finally feel healthy and strong in my right-sized body.
