"Chloe was referred to me by a close friend who knew I was struggling with sugar addiction and a lack of understanding of nutrition and exercise. My main goal initially was to finish my first marathon.
"Chloe is so easy to talk to, so relatable, but also very knowledgeable. For me she had the perfect background of understanding sugar addiction, a love for running, and what it would take to get me to the finish line. The challenge was to find fuel that wouldn't trigger the addiction while learning how to prep meals for myself and my family that catered to running.
"I reached my goal and finished the marathon. But I also learned that eating whole, real food made my everyday life better, not just while running. I learned I could feel good after meals and what foods helped my performance. I learned a healthy lifestyle of eating better foods, not stressing about meal prepping, and steps to take when I did.
"My family has a long history of struggles with food and Chloe helped to settle a lot of that. I'm most grateful that she helped with my ability to provide for my children, so I don't pass along the same issues to my kids.
