Hi, I’m Chloe Annetts. After years of struggling with constant diets and binge eating, I finally broke free from patterns that had consumed me and kept me from living my full life. I released my excess body fat and have maintained my weight ever since!
Now, I help people break free from that same cycle — overpowering cravings, emotional eating, and reliance on sugar, flour, and ultra-processed foods. I created Real Forking Change to provide a clear, step-by-step path that actually works — without restriction, shame, or relying on willpower. I’ll guide you every step of the way, helping you build habits that last, land in your right-sized body, and regain control of your relationship with food so you can move on with your life!
